"Perfectly" Chocolate Pudding has taken off this year. This pudding, like all of our puddings is made with NO PRESERVATIVES AND ALL NATURAL ingredients. We blend cocoa and gourmet chocolate to achieve the fabulous rich flavor.

We have made non-pudding lovers into people that cannot get enough of our chocolate pudding. At the fairs and festivals we offer a Pudding Parfait and added the Dirt Cup w/ Worms this season. I was thrilled with the response; the kids and so many adults loved the worms.

It is also made on the stovetop, hand stirred, made fresh daily and poured into our containers for delivery. Now we have a kitchen that not only holds the heavenly scent of cinnamon on warm rice pudding but also the scent of real chocolate melting into hot pudding.

Tapioca Pudding
Our Tapioca pudding is also made on the stove top and hand stirred. The ingredients are all fresh products and our tapioca pearls are imported from Brasil.

This recipe was also developed in our kitchen and has a creamy custard texture. People who loved Mom's or Grandma's homemade tapioca pudding love ours. In Victorian Days Tapioca Pudding was all the thing and they used what they called "Instant Tapi Pearls". When my daughter, Kierstyn is in the kitchen she doesn't leave before reminding me that I must take tapioca pudding for her friend Corey "Opimeal". He is 7 years old and Down Home's Tapioca is his favorite treat.

Pumpkin Rice Pudding
This is the best kept secret of them all. Every fall around the time of the Bloomsburg Fair we start to get asked for this pudding. Once the leaves begin turning color we start up the stoves and begin our Autumn Special. It is so.... yummy in a graham cracker crust topped with whip cream or just plain in a pudding dish. We start selling it at the Bloomsburg Fair and end the week of Christmas. You have to ask your local store to order it as we make all our puddings fresh and it is made as a special order. Check out our store listings and if I can I will update those stores carrying it in the autumn.

Diabetic Delight Rice Pudding is now available in stores and restaurants. This pudding is a great sweet treat for many of you forced to count carbohydrates and sugars because of diabetes or the dreaded diet.
