The Fair & Festival season will be here before we know it!  We have had a busy winter at the PA Farm Show Complex and look forward to a busy fair season.   With our new consession trailer, we were able to add new events last year and look forward to adding more this year.     Check out our updated 2008 Fair Schedule, there you will find a picture of our new trailer. 

The Yankees are in town!  The Scranton/WilkesBarre Yankees are playing at PNC Field in Moosic, PA.  We are excited to say, we are there too!  Stop by & have a sample.

We thank everyone for appreciateing our homemade, all natural pudding.  Lou, myself (Stacey) and our staff put alot of care into each pot of pudding being made.  We have been busy experimenting with new recipies.   Our Coconut Cream Rice is available now, keep an eye out, in the local deli cases and restaurants for our new Rice Pudding Flavors.

We wholesale over 300 Deli's, Grocery Stores & Restaurants in Northeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New York.  If you cannot find our Puddings in your area, please contact us and we will let you know where it is available.

We thank you all for trying our new Puddings, Diabetic Delight, Orange Cream and Banana Cream,  Coconut Cream. They went very well at fairs, festivals and in our wholesale accounts that have tried them. Many of you Diabetic's have requested flavored Puddings. We will have time this winter to experiment in the kitchen. There are many possibilities and we hope to fulfill your request next summer.

We are working on expanding our delivery routes so that we can bring these exceptional HOMEMADE products to a larger group of people.
